By creating an account, accessing the Digital Pro dashboard, generating payment links, or purchasing a digital product fulfilled via our service, you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions.

If you are entering into this agreement on behalf of a company, organization, or other legal entity, you represent that you have the authority to bind such entity to these terms. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you must discontinue platform use immediately.

When registering for an organization account, you must provide accurate, complete, and current information. You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account login details and passwords.

• Role-Based Access: Organization administrators can assign roles and granular permissions to team members. Administrators are liable for all actions taken by authorized sub-users.
• Security Notification: You must promptly notify Digital Pro if you discover any unauthorized access or breach involving your account.
• Single Sign-On & OTP: You agree not to circumvent platform authentication challenges or multi-factor security verifications.

Digital Pro provides the technological distribution pipeline for digital products, serial keys, and software licenses. Merchants upload inventory and set product terms; Digital Pro safely stores and distributes keys upon validated payment receipt.

Merchants represent and warrant that they hold all necessary intellectual property rights, authorized distributorships, and legal permissions to sell and deliver all products uploaded to Digital Pro.

SaaS Subscription Billing: Merchants pay for Digital Pro according to their selected plan (Demo or Pro) on a monthly or annual cycle. Subscriptions renew automatically unless cancelled prior to the renewal date.

End-Customer Payment Links: When merchants create custom checkout links, end-customer payments are processed through connected payment gateways (such as Stripe or merchant provider gateways). All financial charges are clearly itemized before checkout confirmation.

Taxes & Processing Fees: Merchants are responsible for calculating, collecting, and remitting any applicable sales taxes, VAT, or local levies in their operating jurisdictions.

End customers receive instant access to their purchased keys upon successful payment. Customers may access their Customer Hub via email verification to review license history, download product files, and view order receipts.

Revealed digital keys are considered consumed upon display or activation. End customers are responsible for keeping their revealed licenses confidential.

You agree not to use the Digital Pro platform for any unlawful, fraudulent, or harmful activities, including but not limited to:

• Uploading or distributing pirated, counterfeit, cracked, or unauthorized software serials.
• Facilitating fraudulent transactions, stolen credit card processing, or money laundering.
• Distributing malicious code, keyloggers, viruses, or spyware.
• Interfering with platform infrastructure, attempting penetration attacks, or reverse engineering system code.
• Sending unsolicited commercial communications (spam) via customer delivery channels.

Violations will result in immediate suspension, termination of active links, and reporting to relevant financial and regulatory authorities.

Platform IP: The Digital Pro platform software, design, logos, user interfaces, documentation, and underlying code are the exclusive property of Digital Pro and protected by copyright and intellectual property laws.

Merchant Content: Merchants retain full ownership of their brand logos, product descriptions, prices, and customer relationships. You grant Digital Pro a non-exclusive license solely to host and deliver these items to complete authorized customer transactions.

We strive to maintain a minimum 99.9% uptime for core checkout, link redirection, and license delivery services. Scheduled maintenance windows will be communicated in advance when feasible.

Digital Pro does not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation in circumstances beyond reasonable control, including third-party payment gateway downtime or global internet routing outages.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Digital Pro shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of profits, data, or business opportunities arising out of your platform use.

In no event shall Digital Pro’s total cumulative liability exceed the total subscription fees paid by you to Digital Pro during the twelve (12) months preceding the incident giving rise to liability.

Merchants may cancel their subscription at any time via the billing portal in their dashboard. Upon cancellation, your account remains active until the end of the paid billing period.

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that breach these terms, fail payment verification, or engage in suspicious chargeback activity, without prior notice.

We may update these terms periodically to reflect new platform capabilities or legal requirements. Updated versions will be posted to this page with a revised date. Continued use of the platform after modifications constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
