Overview & Commitment

Digital Pro ("we", "our", or "us") operates a software and digital product distribution platform. We enable merchants to sell digital goods, generate unique license keys, and offer secure self-service customer hubs.

We take privacy seriously. We design our software systems according to the principle of data minimization—meaning we only collect, store, and process personal data that is genuinely required to deliver our services, prevent fraudulent transactions, and comply with applicable laws.

This Privacy Policy applies to all users of our platform, including merchant administrators, team members, and buyers purchasing licenses via Digital Pro payment links and checkout flows.

Information We Collect

Depending on how you interact with Digital Pro, we collect the following categories of information:

A. Merchant Account Information

When you sign up for a merchant account, we collect your full name, business email address, company name, contact phone number, and encrypted password.

B. Customer Checkout & Order Data

When a customer purchases a product through a merchant checkout link, we collect the customer's email address, product selection, transaction amount, and delivery timestamp to deliver license keys and display order receipts.

Note: We do not store full credit card numbers or card security codes (CVC/CVV) on our servers. All credit card processing is handled directly by PCI-DSS Level 1 compliant payment gateways such as Stripe.

C. System Usage & Technical Logs

To maintain security and prevent abusive login attempts, we automatically collect basic technical logs, including IP addresses, browser types, operating system details, referring URLs, and access timestamps.

How We Use Your Information

We process personal information strictly for genuine business and operational purposes:

  • Order Fulfillment: Delivering unique software license keys and activation details without duplicates.
  • Customer Access: Providing buyers with secure access to their Customer Hub to review past purchases and download software.
  • Merchant Account: Managing merchant accounts, team permissions, product inventories, and sales analytics.
  • Service Communication: Sending transactional emails, such as order receipts, license keys, password reset links, and critical platform security notices.
  • Fraud Prevention & Security: Detecting suspicious activity, preventing unauthorized access, and defending against payment fraud and abuse.
  • Legal Compliance: Meeting statutory accounting, tax, and commercial reporting obligations.
4

Data Protection & Encryption

We apply strict safeguards to keep your personal records and license keys protected from unauthorized access, modification, or exposure:

Multi-Tier Security Architecture
  • Transport Security: All platform traffic is encrypted in transit using industry-standard TLS 1.3 protocol.
  • Storage Security: Stored license keys and account data are protected with industry-standard encryption at rest.
  • Role-Based Permissions: Access to merchant data inside organizations is strictly restricted by granular user permissions and tenant boundaries.
  • Database Isolation: Atomic database operations ensure data integrity and prevent cross-account data leakage.

While we maintain rigorous security protocols, no internet transmission method or electronic storage system is 100% impenetrable. If you suspect any account compromise, notify us immediately.

5

Sharing & Third-Party Service Providers

We never sell, rent, or trade your personal data. We only share information with vetted third-party service providers when strictly necessary to operate the platform:

  • Payment Processors: Gateways such as Stripe handle credit card payments, merchant payouts, and currency conversions under strict PCI-DSS compliance.
  • Cloud Infrastructure: High-reliability cloud servers and managed database clusters located in secure, certified data centers.
  • Email Delivery: Transactional email infrastructure used solely to deliver license keys, receipts, and account verifications.
  • Legal Authorities: We may disclose information if required by a valid court order, government subpoena, or applicable legal obligation.
6

Cookies & Tracking Technologies

We use cookies and similar browser storage mechanisms strictly for functional and security purposes:

Sign-in Security

CSRF & Anti-Fraud
